The Wisconsin EANS Program has surplus supplies and equipment available to other schools participating in the Program.
Equipment and supplies purchased with EANS funds for students and teachers in a non-public school may be used for the authorized purposes of the EANS program during the period of performance (i.e., through September 30, 2023, for CRRSA EANS and September 30, 2024, for ARP EANS) or until the equipment and supplies are no longer needed for the purposes of the EANS program. Once equipment and supplies are no longer needed for purposes of the EANS program, the items need to be removed from the non-public school.
In order to be eligible to request the surplus supplies or equipment the school needs to be in the EANS program that the items were purchased under (i.e. if the items were purchased under CRRSA EANS the school requesting the items needs to be in that program). Schools also must request the lot of items as presented as lots of items will not be split.
Schools can request the items by completing the following form: Surplus Supplies and Equipment Request Form
If a school's request for the items is approved the school is responsible for picking up the items between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, at the CESA 6 office located at 2300 State Road 44, Oshkosh, WI 54904.
Items acquired though this process will be added to the new school's inventory listing and will be subject to the title transfer processes at the end of the performance period (i.e., through September 30, 2023, for CRRSA EANS and September 30, 2024, for ARP EANS).
