Individualized professional development based on providing services through a Co-Planning to Co-Serving model that focuses on providing instruction while reducing barriers in instructional design with the goal of increasing student access and success. This professional development will allow school teams to analyze and redevelop instructional plans and practices in order to support learners and address learning loss.
