All schools benefit from comprehensive school safety plans to address the health, safety and welfare of students and staff. Yet, even with the best laid plans, crises happen which necessitate swift, defined and a well communicated response plan to potential crises.The plan includes clear steps the school community will take to provide to support during a crisis including knowing who to contact for assistance, how to work together including comprehensive supports and services, and clarity surrounding when the crisis is over. This service will allow school teams to analyze and redevelop instructional and crises plans in order to support learners and address learning loss.
