Working effectively with children who present with challenging behaviors, provides school staff and parents the opportunity to embrace an inquiry mindset to support better outcomes and reinforce high expectations for students. School staff and family teams will engage in activities that assess current practices, build a better understanding of the complexity of a child’s needs to create consistency between home and school and the level of learning loss in a student's education. This professional development will allow for a team approach to recover student success one step at a time post pandemic.
