Customized Professional Development on How to Support Learners with Challenging Behaviors by Us

Shifting one's mindset is often the first step when designing responsive and effective behavior intervention plans. This training will explore various lenses (ways of thinking) to help frame one?s thinking to help support students who struggle to meet school expectations. Ross Greene's, Assessment of Lagging Skills and Unsolved Problems (ALSUP), is a tool designed to facilitate collaborative conversation and solutions to a student's lagging skills and unsolved problems, both of which are causing and maintaining challenging behavior. This tool and others will be showcased.
