Effective and Culturally Responsive Instructional Practices
Guided by the work of various culturally responsive pedagogy (CRP) scholars of color, CESA 2 is available to partner with educators in exploration of the CRP tenets of relational trust, cultural competence, equitable access to high level learning, recognizing and honoring students' identities, fostering criticality through multiple perspectives, and student agency to create change. These asset-based approaches are intended to function simultaneously, though we can also "lean in" and focus on particular tenets of relevance in your context.
