The Best Way To Earn Your Add-On ESL and Bilingual Supplemental Licenses! CESA 2's flexible licensure program is for licensed Wisconsin educators working with multilingual learners. This high-quality, affordable program is delivered in an online format. Coaching sessions via Zoom are required once per month. There will also be two opportunities to network and collaborate in-person at CESA 2 throughout the year. All CLASS ESL and Bilingual candidates are able to attend CESA 2 Language and Culture Center workshops for a reduced price or no cost, based on availability. This addresses the unique needs of English learners, racial and ethnic minorities. It will also address implementing evidence-based activities to meet the comprehensive needs of students.
