English Learners: Coaching for English Learner Success

Online Coaching: Virtual sessions offered districts around a specific topic. Sessions can be delivered to groups or to individuals. There may be times when content necessitates that the consultant place a cap on the people included in a session so that the presenter can more effectively manage the group. When the cap is reached, the consultant will advise the district that a second session needs to be added. CESA 2 considers coaching to be a session with 5 or fewer participants. More than 5 participants are considered a Learning Seminar or Module. This addresses the unique needs of English learners, racial and ethnic minorities. It will also address implementing evidence-based activities to meet the comprehensive needs of students.
