English Learners: Scaffolding to Academic Content Standards Using ACCESS Scores
Teachers of Language Learners can utilize a student's individual ACCESS or Can Do scores to scaffold students' access to the content standards. Participants will understand how to strategically determine and apply scaffolds by domains of language and look at the language scaffolds needed for content standards. This session will address the needs of English learners. It will also address implementing evidence-based activities to meet the comprehensive needs of students.
