These short (30 minutes or less) guided webinars provide short bursts of pd related to a variety of topics including: Language Acquisition, Synchronous vs Asynchronous Learning for ELs, Scaffolding for a Writing Unit of Study, and Co-Planning for ELs. New EL Shorts are being added continuously. EL Shorts address learning loss among students, including English learners, by addressing timely topics including administering and using high-quality assessments that are valid and reliable, to accurately assess students' academic and linguistic progress and assist educators in meeting students' academic/linguistic needs through differentiating instruction.
