Participants will academic standards to plan rigorous and differentiated standards-based units of instruction which integrate content and language standards. Participants will also design authentic formative and summative assessment methods that provide opportunities for teachers to analyze the evidence of student learning. This session will address the needs of English learners. It will also address implementing evidence-based activities to meet the comprehensive needs of students.
