Equitable Multi-Level Systems of Support

This program will help schools select, integrate, or implement evidence based culturally responsive continuum of supports that will improve outcomes for all students (RtI and PBIS). CESA 12 consultants will customize services to provide professional learning, consulting, and/or coaching, and annual facilitation of implementation assessments to help schools implement an equitable multi-level system of support. E-MLSS implementation support can also be in collaboration with our Regional Technical Assistance Coordinators at the Wisconsin RtI Center. Some examples include: developing strong shared leadership teams, classroom management support, mapping of a schools continuum of supports, and /or using the key features as an organizational framework. Improve student academic and behavior outcomes by ensuring all students have access to an Equitable Multi Level System of Support. CESA staff will work with your school staff to accurately implement system practices for RTI and PBIS including classroom management. This program supports research showing that positive and consistent classroom management strategies (in person or online) used with a culturally responsive and trauma sensitive approach increases student engagement and graduation rates while reducing office discipline referrals, suspensions, and behavioral incidences.
