This program will provide instructional coaching services within a school's framework of teaching and learning. CESA 12 consultants, who have been trained in best practice instructional coaching methods, will travel on site/or use technology to coach teachers and school teams around areas of growth encouraging collaborative and reflective practices. This coaching experience is designed to enhance leadership skills, provide job-embedded professional learning, and offer support for teachers and teams with the aim of improving teaching practices and student learning.

Services may include: supporting a school's instructional coaching framework, modeling instructional coaching practices, providing on-site/hybrid educational coaching for teachers and teams as they work on carrying out school goals to improve student learning, and address learning loss.
