Provide consistent support of school leadership in implementing systemic changes necessary to improve student outcomes for ALL students. Focus will be on the key features of an Equitable-Multi Level Systems of Support Framework and implementation science research in moving practices/structures/initiatives through levels of implementation and within an integrated effective educational system. Benefit to School/Focus Areas will include:

• Coaching for school leaders to assist in the development of a strong school leadership team.
• A facilitated decision making process around adaptive and technical change within current school structures/ including building the capacity and partnership of the community.
• Create collective School Implementation plans (integrated with use of school improvement services and the implementation drivers.
• Build organizational trust within the district and larger community
• Assist in creating a vision for Professional Learning (calendar) aligned to annual continuous improvement planning.
• Assist in matching system evidence-based practices to school beliefs - serving and providing access to strong universal instruction to ALL students.
