New teachers will work with CESA 5 staff in improving support and curriculum for remote and hybrid learning to minimize learning loss. Our staff at CESA can work with your current mentors in improving support systems for your new teachers. In addition, our staff can also coach your new staff in effective teaching practices, knowledge and skill in content, and classroom management practices. The CESA 5 coach works with your new teacher to practice self-reflection and establish professional goals particularly as it relates to learning loss due to the pandemic.
