Redefining Ready! is a national initiative launched by the AASA (The School Superintendents Association) to introduce new research-based metrics to more appropriately assess that students are college ready, career ready and life ready.dd description. CESA 7 is leading the way in the statewide initiative to bring Redefining Ready to every district, every school and every student.

PRIORITIES
-In the Redefining Ready workshop, participants will:
  -Learn the "why" behind the readiness movement
  -Determine where to start -Plan for Supporting work-based learning opportunities for students -Leverage data to understand student success
  -Define the readiness metrics for elementary, middle and high school levels -Develop a plan for a school/district scorecard
  -Discover how the readiness work aligns with district initiatives
  -Craft a communications plan for telling the story of their school/district
  -Design a 100-day plan to guide improvement efforts
-Address Loss of Learning
-Support Recovery
