Emphasizing high quality instructional leadership and effective data use, SID support prompts educators to tailor plans for continuous improvement through the lens of equity. Members are invited to partner with us to determine mission and vision, conduct student data inquiry, delve into root cause analysis, investigate adult practices, analyze skill and will, as well as plan for improvement through 90-day rapid cycles. Customized to school needs based on leadership determined needs with will or skill. 90-day cycles will provide a process leadership teams with the development of culture, accountability, support, or feedback with a researched-based approach. This process builds customized capacity in leaders to identify needs and develop a plan toward continuous improvement.
