A two part virtual training for individuals with an associate degree or higher from a college or university to earn a three year WI Substitute Teacher License. Training topics include; policy and procedures, age appropriate teaching strategies, conflict resolution and classroom management techniques, working with lesson planning, educational technology and working with diverse needs of students. This training also includes access to Foundations of Effective Substitute Teacher Training Master Teacher Online Courses.
