Systems Assessment, Brief

The CESA 2 Brief Systems assessment is a quick check for system leaders to determine the current status of existing system structures and routines as compared to a rubric of that defines key components of a highly effective educational system. The brief assessment can be an initial step in determining if a more comprehensive systems assessment would be warranted. The brief system assessment involves the administration of a survey for district leaders, staff, parents and school board members in addition to a broad data review done by the CESA2 staff.
