This professional development will teach families and staff how to use Collaborative partnership skills to support students in all learning environments and address learning loss. Topics include: active listening and communication, high expectations, having expectations without being fear-based, "I" statements, following proper chain of command, setting and maintaining boundaries, etc. This series will support the rebuilding of relationships that were stressed during the pandemic while developing a plan to address communicating and partnering with each other in collaborative ways post pandemic.
