Teacher Evaluation System
Excellent teachers are generally made, not born. Effective principals provide opportunities for teachers and staff to develop their potential. Post pandemic it will be critically important that high quality educators are delivery instruction in order to close the learning gap. There is a high opportunity cost associated with the loss of quality teachers. Creating a positive and collaborative learning environment is a key factor in reducing educator attrition and improving student success. As a result, the Effectiveness Project Growth and Evaluation Systems provide a framework and tools to growth educators and to further develop principals to evaluate educators fairly while developing more effective feedback skills.
