Students engage in leadership training and learn how to interact with others who are 'wired' different than them. Students engage in the annual teen conference, training with StrengthsFinder, and become Ambassadors of their schools and organizations. During the pandemic, student interaction was limited. Students learn skills to interact with peers and understand their strengths to set personal goals.
