Youth Mental Health First Aid Training for Staff
The pandemic has taken a toll on student mental health. In order to successfully engage in learning and reduce learning loss, understanding the importance of student mental health is paramount. Youth Mental Health First Aid is a public education program that introduces educators to the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents, builds understanding of the importance of early intervention and teaches individuals how to help youth in crisis or experiencing a mental health challenge.
